Returns
We offer returns only in the rare case of:
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect item delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- An unboxing video is mandatory for verification
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
- After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color or design variations due to lighting
- Damage caused due to improper handling
- Items purchased on sale or special offers
How to Raise a Request

- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the issue
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
Our support team will get back to you within 24–48 working hours.
Important Note
Each Ishora piece is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of jewelry and not considered defects.
