2. Are your products anti-tarnish?

Yes, our jewellery is crafted with anti-tarnish coating to ensure long-lasting shine with proper care. However, longevity also depends on usage, storage, and exposure to moisture, perfumes, and chemicals.


3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.


4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No we currently don’t offer COD.


6. What are your shipping charges?

We charge a standard shipping price for orders under 999Rs. All orders above 999Rs will get free shipping.


7. Can I cancel my order?

No, once placed and payment is confirmed your order cannot be cancelled.


8. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Wrong products received

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.


9. How will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original mode of payment.


10. What if I receive a damaged product?

Please email us at hello@ishora.online within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos/videos
  • Unboxing video

Our support team will assist you promptly.


11. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Ishora ships only within India.


12. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.


13. How should I take care of my jewellery?

  • Store your jewellery in a dry place
  • Avoid contact with water, perfume & harsh chemicals
  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use
  • Keep pieces separate to avoid scratches

14. Are there any color variations in the product?

Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution. This is normal and not considered a defect.
