Refund and Returns Policy

At Ishora, we take great pride in delivering premium-quality jewellery with careful packaging and timely service. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Returns

We offer returns only in the rare case of:

  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for verification

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting
  • Damage caused due to improper handling
  • Items purchased on sale or special offers

How to Raise a Request

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/videos of the issue
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Our support team will get back to you within 24–48 working hours.

Important Note

Each Ishora piece is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of jewelry and not considered defects.

Please Note: Any promotional or sale items are not eligible for exchanges, refunds and returns unless received in damaged conditions in which case an opening video must be sent for a replacement.
