  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping prices may apply on a order less than a particular amount on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (if available) may include an additional fee.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can track your package through our shipping partner’s website.

Wrong Address or Non-Delivery

  • Please provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
  • If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, Ishora is not responsible for failed delivery.
  • In case the package returns due to customer error (wrong address, unavailability, etc.), reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your parcel appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery:

We will assist you promptly.


International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  • We only ship within India.
